Readymade Logos FAQs (Important)

When will I get my company logo?

As soon as we receive your order, our designing department will redraw the logo with your company name (and any other information you want to include like a slogan or web address).

We'll email you a sample image within 48 hours. If you want any additional changes, turnaround for that is 24 hours (i..e. 1 business day). We will modify the logo until you are 100% satisfied with the results.

Will you deliver it in GIF, JPG, PNG format?

Yes! We'll send the logo to you in gif, jpg, png and psd (Adobe Photoshop source file). Other than source file, rest of the formats are very popular for web and printing purpose.

Additionally we'll deliver the final designed logo in 3 different sizes (suitable for letter heads, business cards, invoices, and other office stationary). But if you require it in a specific size - like 300 pixels x 200 pixels, 72dpi - we will send you those extra files at no charge.

What if I want the FONT Type and/or color of logo changed?

Sure, on the signup form you can describe the changes that you need with regards to font type, font color, font size and color of logo image. We'll amend the logo as specified and will send you a preview image. Our professional designer will work with you untill you are 100% satisfied with it.

What about the ownership?

These are exclusive logos, you'll have 100% ownership and copyright of the purchased logo. It's simple, once you pay for it, it's only yours.

The only right we retain is the right to display it on our website as part of our portfolio of past work. We do NOT have the right to resell your purchased logo.
