11a. All our pre-made Goods come with
a 30-days hassle-free moneyback guarantee. If due to
any reason you are not satisfied with the Goods, contact
us with your order details and we will issue full refund.
11b. Due the nature of customized Goods
(designed and developed specifically for a Customer),
we offer no returns and/or refunds.
We go all out to provide a quality service, and this
includes that all queries are replied within 24 hours.
It’s very rare that we get a request for refund,
and even in these uncommon cases, more often than not,
the refund request is not pursued after personal attention
to the problem reported by the subscriber. Therefore
it is requested that in case of a problem, contact our
support department,
our representative will contact you as soon as possible
to sort out the concerning issue in the most possible
efficient manner.
How to request refund
If you would like to request a refund, please fill
in and submit the online refund request form below at
least 48 hours prior to the end of 30 days from the
signup date for your service. If submission fails, please
send the information by e-mail to re-fund @ ireadysites.com.
We ask you to let us know why you are canceling your
account, and how we may improve our services.
Supplementary terms
This policy is a part of agreement, concluded between
you and iReadySites.com when you purchase a iReadySites’s
product online from www.iReadySites.com.
